Friday night started out with dinner with my parents. This is where they presented Maddie with a perfect Fall gift...a pumpkin. After dinner, we went to Target. Royce wanted to buy the Ironman movie. (It was surprisingly pretty good!) We also found a pumpkin carving kit that gives instructions on how to carve Ariel The Little Mermaid on the pumpkin. More on that later...
Saturday we met Jennifer, Nicole, and the kids at the Woodlands Mall to go to the Museum of Natural Science. Maddie, Alexa, and Allie had a lot of fun!! The good news is I got a new camera, the bad news is I forgot to bring it with me! Then we went to Jennifer and Jake's house for a good old fashioned taco fry! Sounds crazy, but it was delicious!
Kaylee's Birthday Party
Sunday we went to Kaylee's birthday party at Cypress Academy. You can always count on Cypress Academy to be fun and wear the kids out!! When we got home, Royce and Maddie carved her pumpkin. Maddie did not want to touch the "guts" of the pumpkin. Well, being the girly-girl that she is, when Royce stuck her hand in the pumpkin she came in crying!! Oh the drama!!
Another fun weekend comes to an end and another busy school week begins!
